Summer is coming which means less clothes. LOL

During the winter months I’m the queen of layering.

But once summer comes around… the layering has to stop. Yikes..

Well, I’m in health nut mode. Now that it’s getting warmer outside I want to be able to look toned and in shape. Not only that, but I want to FEEL GOOD.

Winter months are for lazy days. Summer is not.

I’ve been on the hunt for a good shake diet. I wanted something that made me feel full, and energized BUT didn’t kill my stomach. I had pretty much given up on ever finding a shake that didn’t hurt my stomach.

I use this super quick and yummy recipe.

  • 2 scoops of the vanilla 310 shake
  • 3-4 fresh strawberries
  • 2 spoon fulls of oats
  • 1 banana (freeze banana prior to make shake thicker)
  • shit ton of ice
  • a little bit of coconut water 

UMMM, sounds good AF right!
