I have been rotating these 3 smoothies for breakfast recently because of how awesome they are. They fuel me with energy to get through the day, make me feel great, and are 100% vegan! It’s always a good idea to start your day off with raw food to prevent indigestion, bloating, or discomfort. I recommend drinking a tall glass of water before breakfast and then slowly drinking a big smoothie. Try it! You’ll feel so much better. Each of these smoothies have a pretty large handful of spinach in them. Spinach is insanely good for you. It’s an incredible source of protein and iron, and is essential for vegetarians. If you haven’t used spinach or avacado in your smoothie, you’ve really got to give it a try! I avoided doing this for a while back in high school because I was afraid I would taste it, but the fruit totally masks the taste of the spinach and you forget it’s even in there!
