But in all seriousness, getting out (or even up) and exercising is totes not high on the priority list, especially when the weather really starts to get chilly! But good news babes, there are a few ways to have fun while staying fit this fall!
#1 F is For Friends Who Stay Fit Together
Join a spin, pilates or yoga class with your girlfriends! Its a fab way to break a sweat while gossiping with your girls! Best part is that you’ll have someone right by your side to keep you motivated!
#2 Take a Hike
Parks can be absolutely beautiful once the leaves start to turn! Pick a path and start walking! Walking can be a great form of exercise.
#3 Yard Work
Fall = TONS OF LEAVES! Get out of the house and start raking. Now, let me tell you, raking can be such a workout!
#4 Run Baby!
Hmmm, now the best workout that you can get no matter what is running! It requires absolutely zero equipment, no gym and pretty much zero skill aka NO EXCUSES. This fall would be a perfect time to start running because the weather is f i n n a l l y starting to cool down!
