3 Different Ways to Use Avocado in a Smoothie
Smoothie #1
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 Frozen or Fresh Banana
- 1 cup Mango chunks
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 2 Tablespoons of Honey
- Splash of vanilla
Smoothie #2
- 1 Ripe avocado
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
- Chia seeds (I use Salba packets // If you are measuring them out than 2 tablespoons )
- 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Smoothie #3
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter
