HOT LEMON WATER DETOX
Ingredients: Hot water + Lemon
This is one of my FAVORITE detox drinks. I talked about all of the benefits of hot lemon water in this post right here. This is the perfect detox in the cold winter months. Start off your day with a cup of this to cleanse and warm up your digestive system. Squeeze in two lemons, add some honey and you’re good to go!
REFRESH YOUR BOD WITH A FRUIT INFUSION
Ingredients: Cranberries, Apple, Orange Zest, and Pomegranate Seeds
This combo is fab for the fall and winter months! Throw some apples, cranberries, pomegranate seeds and then grate some orange zest for the perfect fall detox water. You can also use hot water to spice things up a bit.
Cranberries and pomegranate seeds are jam packed with dietary fibers and antioxidants.
WINTER WATER DETOX
Ingredients: Ginger, Lemon, and Cinnamon Sticks
Sooo tasty on a cold wintery day! Cinnamon sticks lower blood sugar levels and helps fight infections! AKA why you need to chug this during flu season.
