So, my hummus obsession is back.
Actually, I don’t think it went anywhere but it’s here and its hungry.
I recently had to back off of the hummus you buy from the grocery store. Why? Because its actually BAD for you. Yeah, I’m pissed too.
Most brands of hummus are jam-packed with preservatives. Yuck.
All of the chemicals in store-bought hummus freaked me out- so, I decided to feed my addiction but organically.
That is where my totally SIMPLE + SKINNY ROASTED RED PEPPER HUMMUS comes into play.
I love that my recipe is suuuuuper easy & quick! I made this right before the football game yesterday and it took probably 10-15 mins total to prep & cook.
Plus its FRESH & HEALTHY. Seriously, what could be better? Nothing.
Grab a pen & paper- Heres the recipe.
