Meet turmeric – an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial root that is used traditionally in Indian cooking. I loooove turmeric! Mmm, can’t get enough.

So why exactly is it so great?

A MORNING SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mango
2 cups coconut water
Thumb of grated ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp honey

A TURMERIC AND HONEY FACE MASK

Ingredients:

1 tsp of turmeric
1 tsp of honey
1 tsp of yogurt
A splash of water if your mix is too thick! & leave on for 15-20 minutes

TURMERIC TOOTH MASK

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coconut oil
1-2 drops of peppermint oil

Use a spare tooth brush and rinse after

white teeth
