3 Different Ways to Use Avocado in a Smoothie

Smoothie #1

  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Frozen or Fresh Banana
  • 1 cup Mango chunks
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 2 Tablespoons of Honey
  • Splash of vanilla

Smoothie #2 

  • 1 Ripe avocado
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • Chia seeds (I use Salba packets // If you are measuring them out than 2 tablespoons )
  • 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Smoothie #3 

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of almond butter
